Christmas Fair 2009

A lot of Christmas fun was had at the Christmas Fair this year. Santa arrived by Sleigh with presents for all the children and everyone was very happy to see him. During the morning our RDA and younger riders took part in a Handy Pony trail to find Santa's elves, whilst in the afternoon the older riders played mounted games with a Christmas theme. In the meantime the coffee bar area was busy with stalls and refreshments, raising a fantastic £1400 for Scropton RDA! Thanks very much to everyone who helped to make the day such a success!



Christmas Competition Day 2009
We picked a very cold day for our Christmas Competition Day this year, so unfortunately had to cancel the dressage in the outdoor arena. Still jumping went ahead in the indoor school and a lot of fun was had by all the riders. Congratulations to everyone who took part despite the cold!
Look out for more competition days when the weather's a bit warmer!
